Who are we?
Husband and wife team Heath and Renee Collocott, met in a music themed restaurant and founded the popular Plunge Cafe and bar in Forster.
Working in hospitality means being part of a family and after closing Plunge to spend more time with our family, Gourmet Gala allows us to get the balance right, we complete our story with food.
Are we open?
Yes! Make an enquiry, tell us your date and details, we choose events that suit our skills and passions.
Do you deliver?
Absolutely! We also cook onsite for special private events.
